Library Collection Map

Per University and Fuqua policy, physical access to all Fuqua buildings, including the Ford Library, is limited to Fuqua students, faculty, and staff only.

The Ford Library Reading Room has been designated a dual-use space in order to provide a large, socially-distanced environment for in-person classes. For this reason, our collections of print and physical materials have been shifted and existing collection maps are no longer current.

Duke Patrons and Borrowers - beginning September 1st, other members of the Duke Community may request delivery of print books from Ford Library to their home library by placing requests online via the Duke Libraries Catalog.

Fuqua Patrons and Borrowers - Access for in-person browsing and the use of the Library space and physical resources (including computer workstations) will be limited to times when classes are not in session in the Reading Room. These hours will posted on the Library web site as soon as they become available.

For this reason, Fuqua users are strongly encouraged to also request print materials online via the Duke Libraries Catalog. Requested items will be pulled from the stacks by Library staff and held for pick-up by requestors at the Circulation Desk during times when the Library is available for general use.
